No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Self-Hosting WordPress online course ("Course") offered by Koddrio, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our").

1. One-Time Fee, No Refunds

All purchases of the Course are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

2. Free Plan Available

We provide a free plan with access to a selection of lessons so you can evaluate the Course before purchasing. This allows you to determine whether the Course meets your needs before committing to the paid plan.

3. Lifetime Access Definition

Purchasing the Course grants you access for the operational lifetime of the Course as maintained by Koddrio, Inc. "Lifetime" does not refer to your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time without liability.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after agreeing to this No Refund Policy may result in the suspension of your access to the Course and related services. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback with proof of purchase and this policy.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. Where local law grants a statutory right to withdraw from digital purchases, that right is waived once you access the paid Course materials.
