These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Self-Hosting WordPress online course ("Course") offered by Koddrio, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Course.
1. Company Information
The Course is provided by Koddrio, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, United States.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase or use the Course. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Payment & Fees
The Course is sold for a one-time fee, as listed at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full before access is granted. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in a written refund policy on our website.
4. Access & Availability
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the Course materials for the lifetime of the Course. "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Course as maintained by Koddrio, Inc., not your personal lifetime. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time, for any reason, without liability.
5. Intellectual Property
All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to Koddrio, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Course materials for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Course materials without our prior written consent.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Share your access credentials with others;
- Resell or redistribute the Course or any part of it;
- Use the Course for any unlawful purpose;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass, or circumvent any security measures protecting the Course.
7. Disclaimers
The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Course will meet your specific requirements, achieve any particular results, or be error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koddrio, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Course. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koddrio, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Course.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Course after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
